Privacy Policy
How we handle information you send us, and information we encounter during engagements.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Technovo, B-281, Dwarka Sector 19, New Delhi 110075, India. For any privacy question, contact info@technovo.co.in.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you:
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website.
3. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services and training, and keep records required for accounting and legal purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Client and engagement data
Security engagements frequently involve access to systems and information belonging to our clients. Such information is handled under the confidentiality terms of the relevant engagement agreement, is accessed only by personnel who need it to deliver the work, and is not used for any other purpose. Findings are reported to the client; we publish only anonymised engagement summaries and never client names without written permission.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and email), and only to the extent necessary; or where we are required to do so by law. Where we engage subcontractors on a security project, they are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as strict as ours.
6. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Engagement records are retained for the period required by the applicable contract and by law, then securely deleted.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@technovo.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific statutory rights, we will honour those rights as applicable.
8. Security of this website
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted to us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we would rather tell you that plainly than overstate it.
9. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content, such as the map on our contact page, may set its own cookies once loaded; those are governed by the provider's policy.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
